Each year items are collected for the Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child Mission. The organization ship gifts along with religious literature to children all over the world in order to spread the gospel of Jesus. You can use a pre-printed shoebox or one of your own including a plastic one. Using standard size shoeboxes helps with shipping. Just purchase items that you think a child would like and fill a shoebox. Bring it to church by the designated Sunday for dedication along with shipping costs.
